Clarigo Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Clarigo. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Clarigo, an SAT preparation platform. By accessing or using Clarigo, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
Users under 18 must have parental consent.
By using Clarigo, you affirm you are eligible to enter into these Terms.

3. Use of Services

You agree not to misuse the platform for cheating or unethical behavior.
Account sharing is prohibited.
All modules must be completed individually by the account holder.

4. Score Guarantee Terms

You must complete all 8 modules (800 questions total).
You must submit 2 official SAT scores for verification.
Only SAT scores taken after joining Clarigo will be considered.
Guarantee eligibility requires full, good-faith effort on all activities.
Refunds may be processed upon request if all conditions are met.

5. Subscription and Billing

Clarigo offers monthly and annual plans. Prices are subject to change with notice.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Refunds for unused time are not guaranteed but may be considered case-by-case.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect data such as your performance, activity, and usage to improve the platform. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and technology on Clarigo are the property of Clarigo LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Clarigo is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service. SAT outcomes are influenced by many factors; Clarigo does not guarantee admission to any institution.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or Terms without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

Clarigo may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes agreement to the new Terms. We will provide notice when significant changes are made.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action must be brought in its courts.
